Oak.

I'm where product design meets words.

I make digital products easier to use by designing for clear language, an approachable tone and relevant voice.

I play with pixels and word count.

I work with user flows in Sketch and I find ways to present information in the clearest, most concise way possible. Just as every UI component has a purpose, every word does, too.

I make sure warnings like the one above don't happen.

It's always a bad day when anyone accidentally taps with 2 fingers to undo, only to find that it interfered with your palm rejection, creating a false undo. Totally makes sense. Yup. Got it.

Resume

Some might call me a Content Designer while others will say I'm a UX Writer. At the end of the day, I craft user-facing experiences based on data points and real-world constraints. I get to know my users through qualitative and quantitative research and I ideate through empathy. My goal is always to improve the usability of digital products with language, voice and tone.
